The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were kept clean, and the staff at the reception, cleaning, and bar were friendly. However, the daily restaurant menu lacked variety, especially for guests with food allergies, and there were issues with service when requesting simple items like milk for a baby. The reported air conditioning problem in the room was not resolved promptly. I cannot comment on the daytime or evening entertainment, and overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
